2013–14 Charlotte Bobcats season

The Bobcats reached the playoffs for the first time since 2010 and were swept by the two-time defending champion and eventual Eastern Conference champion Miami Heat in the first round.

Starting with the 2014–15 NBA season, the franchise reclaimed the name and history of the city's original NBA franchise, the Hornets.
