The 2013 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship for Women was the 12th edition of the FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship for Women.

16 teams participated in the competition, held in Samsun, Turkey, from 4 to 14 July 2013.

The first-round groups draw took place on 8 December 2012 in Freising, Germany.

The top three teams of each group will qualify for the Second Round.

The top four teams of each group advanced to the quarterfinals.
