The 2013 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship Division I was a pair of international under-20 ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation.

Divisions I A and I B represent the second and third tier of the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

The Division I A tournament was played in Amiens, France, from 9 to 15 December 2012.
