Premier Division featured 18 clubs which competed in the division last season, along with two new clubs: Division One East featured eleven clubs which competed in the division last season, along with three new clubs: Division One West featured twelve clubs which competed in the division last season, along with three new clubs: Division Two East featured eleven clubs which competed in the division last season, along with two new clubs: Division Two West featured nine clubs which competed in the division last season, along with four new clubs:
