The 2014 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship for Women was the 13th edition of the FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship for Women.

16 teams participated in the competition, played in Udine, Italy, from 3 to 13 July 2014.

The first-round groups draw took place on 1 December 2013 in Freising, Germany.

The top three teams of each group will qualify for the Second Round.

The top four teams of each group advanced to the quarterfinals.
