[78] On 9 July 2015, the final lineup of the second qualifying round was confirmed with West Ham drawn against Maltese side Birkirkara.

[79] On 6 August 2015, West Ham were knocked out of the Europa League in the third qualifying round following a 2–1 defeat by Romanian side Astra Giurgiu to lose 4–3 on aggregate.
