The 2015 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad – Women's race took place on 28 February 2015.
The race started and finished in Ghent, Belgium, totaling 120.5 kilometres (74.9 miles) in the province of East Flanders.
[1] 25 teams were confirmed for the race giving 200 riders in total.
With 30 kilometres (19 miles) to go Ellen van Dijk escaped from a front group of 15 riders on the Molenberg with Anna van der Breggen the only one who could follow her.
The duo extended their advantage over the cobbled sections that followed, holding off the chase group to the line, where van Dijk lost the two-up sprint.
