The 2017–18 Florida Atlantic Owls men's basketball team represented Florida Atlantic University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Owls, led by fourth-year head coach Michael Curry, played their home games at the FAU Arena in Boca Raton, Florida as members of Conference USA (C-USA).

They lost in the first round of the C-USA tournament to UAB.

March 16, 2018, head coach Michael Curry was fired after four seasons at Florida Atlantic.
