2017 AFC Cup final

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya defeated Istiklol 1–0 and were crowned AFC Cup champions for the second consecutive year.

Note: In all results below, the score of the finalist is given first (H: home; A: away).

The final was played as a single match, with the host team (winner of the Inter-zone play-off final) decided by draw, which was held on 6 June 2017.

[3] If tied after regulation, extra time and, if necessary, penalty shoot-out was used to decide the winner.
