The 2018–19 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final and ISU Junior Grand Prix Final took place from 6 to 9 December 2018 at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The combined event was the culmination of two international series — the Grand Prix of Figure Skating and the Junior Grand Prix.

Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior and junior levels.
