The season began on 7 October 2018 and concluded on 5 January 2019.

[1] Bengaluru Bulls defeated Gujarat Fortune Giants in the final match to win their maiden title.

[2] Ananda Giri Sumanlal Babulal Shah, Nallepilly Ramaswami Subramanian Each team can sign maximum 3 foreign players in the squad.

The teams are divided into two zones with each zone having six teams based on their geographical proximity.
