The 2018–19 UMass Lowell River Hawks women's basketball team represented the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Lowell during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The River Hawks were led by first-year head coach Tom Garrick and played most of their home games at the Costello Athletic Center while select games were played at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell.

Due to a tie-breaker loss to New Hampshire and UMBC they failed to qualify for the America East women's tournament.
