2018 Malaysia Cup

[1] The 2018 Malaysia Cup began on August with a preliminary round.

Johor Darul Ta'zim were the defending champions, but they were eliminated by Terengganu in the semi-finals.

The draw for the 2018 Malaysia Cup was held on 30 July 2018 at Damansara Performing Arts Centre on live telecast iflix with the participating team coaches and captains in attendance.

[2] The draw for the group stage was held on 30 July 2018, 15:30 MYT (UTC+8), at the Damansara Performing Arts Centre in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and has been broadcast live on iflix and Unifi TV.

In the knockout stage, teams played against each other over two legs on a home-and-away basis, except for the one-match final.
