2018 South Korean local elections

The 7th local elections were held in South Korea on 13 June 2018.

The election coincided with the by-elections for the vacant seats in the National Assembly.

[2] A total of 17 metropolitan mayors and governors were elected.

Bold indicates that a candidate won as metropolitan mayor or governor.

A total of 824 metropolitan and provincial councillors were elected.
