The 2019–20 Florida Gulf Coast Eagles men's basketball team represented Florida Gulf Coast University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Eagles were led by second-year head coach Michael Fly and played their home games at Alico Arena in Fort Myers, Florida as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.

They lost in the quarterfinals of the ASUN tournament to Lipscomb.

In the ASUN tournament, they were defeated by NJIT in the quarterfinals.
