The 2019–20 LEN Euro Cup was the 28th edition of the second-tier European tournament for water polo clubs.
[3] The cities selected to host the groups were Eger (Hungary), Split (Croatia), Syracuse (Italy) and Valletta (Malta).
[4][5][6][7] The draw for this stage of the competition was held at LEN headquarters in Nyon (Switzerland) on 17 September 2019.
[14][15] 1The second leg of the game was originally scheduled for 4 March 2020 but it was postponed because Hungarian pools were in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
[16] 2Ortigia played the home game in the near Catania due to the impossibility of Syracuse's "Paolo Caldarella" swimming pool to host international evening matches during winter time.
