2019–20 Mid-American Conference women's basketball season

The 2019–20 Mid-American Conference women's basketball season began with practices in October 2019, followed by the start of the 2019–20 NCAA Division I women's basketball season in November.

Central Michigan its fourth straight regular season title with a record of 15-1 by three games over Ball State.

Micaela Kelly of Central Michigan was named MAC player of the year.
