The 2019–20 Ole Miss Rebels women's basketball team represented the University of Mississippi during the 2019–20 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Rebels, led by second-year head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin, played their home games at The Pavilion at Ole Miss and competed as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).

They finished the season with a record of 7–23, 0–16 in the SEC, and were eliminated in the first round of the SEC women's tournament by Missouri.

The Rebels lost to Florida in the First Round of the SEC tournament.
