The 2019 North Carolina Tar Heels football team represented the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a member of Coastal Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) during the 2019 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

The Tar Heels finished the season 7–6 overall and 4–4 in ACC play to tied for third place in the Coastal Division.

In the preseason ACC media poll, North Carolina was predicted to finish in sixth in the Coastal Division.
