Former Vice Minister of Agriculture and Chairman of the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center Toleutai Raqymbekov was announced as the Auyl nominee by the party chairman Äli Bektaev on 25 April 2019 at the 15th Extraordinary Congress.
