The 2019 Tour of the Alps was a road cycling stage race that took place in Austria and Italy between 22 and 26 April 2019.

It was the 43rd edition of the renamed Giro del Trentino and was rated as a 2.HC event as part of the 2019 UCI Europe Tour.

[1] On 29 January 2019, the race's twenty competing teams were announced at the 2018–19 FIS Nordic Combined World Cup event in Seefeld in Tirol, Austria.

The general classification was calculated by adding each cyclist's finishing times on each stage.

There was also a mountains classification, for which points were awarded for reaching the top of a climb before other riders.
