2019 Treviso Open

The event was won by Polish player Konrad Juszczyszyn who defeated the Netherlands' Ivar Saris in the final 9–6.

[18] In the last-16 stage, Ouschan lost to Ivanovskaia 7–4, resulting in Tkach being guaranteed to remain as the highest ranked player after the event.
