The Hoosiers are members of the Big Ten Conference (B1G) and play their home games at Bart Kaufman Field in Bloomington, Indiana.

On March 12, 2020, the Big Ten Conference cancelled the remainder of all winter and spring sports seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the conclusion of the regular season, the Hoosiers were selected to play in the 2019 NCAA tournament, beginning in the Louisville Regional.
