The 2020 Tour des Alpes-Maritimes et du Var was a road cycling stage race that took place from 21 to 23 February 2020.

Only three teams did not enter the maximum allowed of seven riders each; B&B Hotels–Vital Concept, EF Pro Cycling, and St. Michel–Auber93 fielded six apiece.

For the general classification, calculated by adding each cyclist's finishing times on each stage, the leader received a yellow jersey.

Additionally, there was a points classification, which awarded a green jersey.

There was also a mountains classification, the leadership of which was marked by a red jersey.
