The 2021–22 Hazfi Cup was the 35th season of the Iranian football knockout competition.
[1][2] Nassaji Mazandaran won the competition after defeating Aluminium Arak in the final.
A total of 73 teams (out of a possible total of 96 eligible teams) participated.
The teams were divided into four main groups.
The 16 teams from Iran Pro League entered the competition from the second stage.
