The 2021 Brown Bears football team represented Brown University as a member of the Ivy League during the 2021 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

Led by second-year head coach James Perry, the Bears compiled an overall record of 2–8 with a mark of 1–6 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for sixth in the Ivy League.

Quarterback E. J. Perry was awarded the Ivy League Bushnell Cup in December 2021.

He became the fifth Brown player to receive the award since it began in 1970.
