The Glutagence Glow Boosters made the first pick for the first round since they had the fewest protected players at three, all of which took part in the inaugural 2019 WNBL season.

[8] Players of the Philippine Navy Lady Sailors – Go For Gold were excluded from the draft since all of them are also enlisted military personnel.
