2022–23 Brighton & Hove Albion W.F.C. season

On 31 October, Hope Powell stepped down as manager after five years in charge.

[1] Jens Scheuer, who had been out of work since leaving Bayern Munich at the conclusion of the 2021–22 Frauen-Bundesliga season in May, was appointed to the role permanently on 28 December.

[3] With the team sat bottom of the WSL in 12th, Brighton appointed Melissa Phillips as head coach on a two-year contract on 7 April.

Phillips left her role as assistant coach of Angel City FC, a role she had only held since January 2023 after stepping down as head coach of London City Lionesses, to take the job.
