The 2022–23 CAF Confederation Cup group stage began on 12 February and ended on 2 April 2023.
The draw for the group stage was held on 12 December 2022, 11:00 GMT (13:00 local time, UTC+2), at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
