The 2022–23 Derde Divisie season was the seventh edition of the Dutch fourth tier, formerly called Topklasse, since the restructuring of the league system in the summer of 2016.
All times Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) SteDoCo won 6–1 on aggregate.
JOS Watergraafsmeer won 6–2 on aggregate.
Because Tweede Divisie team OFC, which placed last, withdrew its team, sunday league teams JOS Watergraafsmeer and Baronie played extra play-off matches.
The best team over two legs remained in the Derde Divisie, whilst the loser relegated to the Vierde Divisie Baronie won 6–5 on aggregate.
