The pool stage of the 2022–23 EPCR Challenge Cup was the first stage of the eighth season of the EPCR Challenge Cup.
The competition will consist of two pools, one with ten teams and one with eight.
The pool stage began on 9 December 2022 and will be completed on 22 January 2023.
The teams were allocated into two pools depending on where they finished in their respective leagues in the previous season.
