The 2022–23 season was the 115th season in the existence of Inter Milan, which have all been played in the top division of Italian football.

In addition to the domestic league, Inter participated in this season's editions of the Coppa Italia, the Supercoppa Italiana and the UEFA Champions League; they won the former two competitions and reached the final of the latter for the first time since 2010, where they were narrowly defeated 1–0 by Manchester City.
