The 2022–23 Minnesota Golden Gophers women's ice hockey season represented the University of Minnesota during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's ice hockey season.

They were coached by Brad Frost in his 16th season.

The Golden Gophers won the 2023 WCHA women's ice hockey tournament and advanced to the Frozen Four of the 2023 NCAA tournament, where they lost to Wisconsin 2–3 in overtime.
