The champions of each Vierde Divisie section will be directly promoted to the Derde Divisie; other teams can get promoted through play-offs.

The best team over two legs remained in the Derde Divisie, whilst the loser relegated to the Vierde Divisie Baronie won 6–5 on aggregate.
