The 2022 Adriatica Ionica Race/Sulle Rotte della Serenissima was a road cycling stage race that took place between 4 and 8 June 2022 in the northeastern Italy.

[1] It was the fourth edition of the Adriatica Ionica Race and a category 2.1 event on the 2022 UCI Europe Tour.

[4][5] With six riders each, Giotti Victoria–Savini Due and Team Qhubeka were the only teams to not enter a full squad of seven riders.

[6] The favorites for the overall race victory included; Lorenzo Fortunato (Eolo–Kometa), Sebastián Henao (Astana Qazaqstan Team), Santiago Umba (Drone Hopper–Androni Giocattoli), Christian Scaroni (Italy), Nicholas Dlamini (Team Qhubeka), Davide Rebellin (Work Service–Vitalcare–Vega), Henok Mulubrhan and Filippo Zana (Bardiani–CSF–Faizanè).
