The 2022 Auburn Tigers football team represented Auburn University as a member of the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

The Tigers were led by second-year head coach Bryan Harsin until his firing on October 31.

Auburn compiled an overall record of 5–7 with a mark of 2–6 in conference play, tying for fifth placed in the SEC Western Division.

The team played home games at Jordan–Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama.

The Tigers finished with their worst record since 2012, their first time failing to qualify for a bowl game since that same year, and their first time finishing with consecutive losing records since 1998 and 1999.
