The women's 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2022 European Athletics Championships was held in two rounds at the Olympiastadion in Munich, Germany, on 19 and 20 August 2022.

In the first heat, the team of the Czech Republic was disqualified for an impediment at a takeover.

In the second heat, the team of Ireland set a national record of 3:26.06 minutes.
