2022 Polish speedway season

[6][7] The 2022 Golden Golden Helmet (Polish: Turniej o Złoty Kask, ZK) organised by the Polish Motor Union (PZM) was the 2022 event for the league's leading riders.

The final was held at the Marian Spychała Speedway Stadium in Opole, on 18 April.

The final was held on 3 April at the Golęcin Speedway Stadium in Poznań.
