The season began on October 7, 2023, and concluded on March 28, 2024, with RIT losing in the West Regional Semifinal of the NCAA tournament.
[2] Ryan Soderquist retired after 21 years with Bentley, turning the program over to former Massachusetts Lowell assistant coach, Andy Jones.

As a whole, the conference performed well against Hockey East, which was one of the two best leagues during the regular season.
