The 2023–24 DFB-Pokal was the 42nd season of the annual German football cup competition.
[1] VfL Wolfsburg were the nine-time defending champions and regained the title by defeating Bayern Munich 2–0 in the final.

The rounds of the 2023–24 competition were scheduled as follows:[1] Times up to 28 October 2023 and from 31 March 2024 are CEST (UTC+2).
[9][10] The matches will take place between 24 and 26 November 2023, with two games scheduled for January due to the involvement of Frankfurt and Munich in the 2023–24 UEFA Women's Champions League.
