[3] Copenhagen were the defending champions, but were eliminated by eventual winners Silkeborg in the quarter-finals.

The final was played at Parken Stadium on 9 May 2024 between Silkeborg and AGF.

Silkeborg secured their second title following a 1–0 win, courtesy of Oliver Sonne's first-half goal.

[4] 92 teams participated in the first round, coming from all levels of competition.
