The 2023–24 Idaho State Bengals women's basketball team represented Idaho State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Bengals, led by 16th-year head coach Seton Sobolewski, played their home games at Reed Gym in Pocatello, Idaho as members of the Big Sky Conference.

The Bengals finished the 2022–23 season 11–19, 6–12 in Big Sky play, to finish in eighth place.
