The 2023–24 Illinois State Redbirds men's basketball team represented Illinois State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Redbirds, led by second-year head coach Ryan Pedon, played their home games on Doug Collins Court at CEFCU Arena in Normal, Illinois as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

The Redbirds finished the 2022–23 season 11–21, 6–14 in MVC play to finish in ninth place.
