The 2023–24 Indiana State Sycamores women's basketball team represented Indiana State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Sycamores, led by third-year head coach Chad Killinger, played their home games at the Hulman Center in Terre Haute, Indiana as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

The Sycamores finished the 2022–23 season 11–19, 6–14 in MVC play to finish in a tie for ninth place.
