The 2023–24 Longwood Lancers women's basketball team represented Longwood University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Lancers, led by second-year head coach Erika Lang-Montgomery, played their home games at the newly opened Joan Perry Brock Center in Farmville, Virginia as members of the Big South Conference.

The Lancers finished the season 9–21, 6–10 in Big South play, to finish in seventh place.
