The 2023–24 Montana Lady Griz basketball team represented the University of Montana during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Lady Griz, led by third-year head coach Brian Holsinger, played their home games at Dahlberg Arena in Missoula, Montana as members of the Big Sky Conference.

The Lady Griz finished the 2022–23 season 14–16, 10–8 in Big Sky play to finish in fifth place.
