The 2023–24 Morgan State Lady Bears basketball team represented Morgan State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Lady Bears, led by eighth-year head coach Ed Davis Jr., played their home games at Talmadge L. Hill Field House in Baltimore, Maryland as members of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
