The 2023–24 South Dakota Coyotes women's basketball team represented the University of South Dakota in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Coyotes, led by second-year head coach Kayla Karius, competed in the Summit League.

They played home games in Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion, South Dakota.

4 seed in the Summit League tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals to Oral Roberts.
