The 2023–24 Utah State Aggies men's basketball team represented Utah State University in the Mountain West Conference (MWC) during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

Led by first-year head coach Danny Sprinkle, the Aggies played their home games on campus at the Smith Spectrum in Logan, Utah.

They finished the season 28–7, 14–4 in MWC play, to win the regular-season conference championship.

They defeated New Mexico and Boise State in the MWC tournament to advance to the championship game.

The Aggies received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the No.
