The 2023–24 Vermont Catamounts women's basketball team represented the University of Vermont during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Catamounts, led by fifth-year head coach Alisa Kresge, played their home games in the Patrick Gym in Burlington, Vermont and were members in the America East Conference.
